Ours was a typical Christian wedding , and I told Mr.Riyaz that we are very particular about the food and our signature dish “Vanjaram fry” has to be big , fresh and taste extraordinary. Really ,the Mutton Biryani they served was a ‘Dream Wedding Biryani’ . The Vanjaram fish had the perfect masala and tasted real good , way beyond my expectation. I am a foodie… I tasted Ahmed Catering’s food in one of the functions. The Biryani was ultimate , in my words it is a true ‘Defintion of a Biryani’. Their brinjal gravy is very tasty and its their trademark it seems. The bread halwa was rich in taste with lots of crunchy nuts. The chicken 65 was fried at the venue. It was crispy , hot and tasty.. Overall a well deserved 10/10 for Ahmed Catering.
